Attach yarn to your hair tie.
Round 1: Ch 1, SC 84 all around the hair tie. Pushing the stitches closer together to make room. If you use a bulkier yarn such as velvet, just make sure you always have an even amount of stitches. You want to make sure you will not see any of the black hair tie. Join to first st. (84 sts or an even number)
Round 2: Ch 2, begin CL PUFF in same st, skipping next st and finishing CL PUFF in next st, *CL PUFF in same st, skip next st and finish CL PUFF In next st* Repeat. Placing last CL PUFF leg in first space. Join to first st. (42 CL PUFFS)
You will have half the amount of CL PUFFS of the amount of SCs you make.
Fasten off and weave in ends good so they don’t come undone.
